Thought I'd leave a review after using the product for a few months. What a game changer! After getting quotes from competitors I looked elsewhere that could provide a good quality product at a decent price. The 4 bedroom kit was perfect and Alesha was great to deal with from kit recommendations to layout ideas. The kit itself was easy to install and had made a huge impact on the house temperature. As we had a large 4 bedroom home, with single fire, I was sceptical that heat transfer systems would work, however this product is brilliant. All rooms are now comfortable overnight and aren't as cold in the morning - huge difference from the typical kiwi farm house mornings we had. When my hubby bought a house, it had an existing HRV system which broke and needed replacement. HRV quoted over $2k to replace it so I gave a go for EVOAQ in support of a local SME and (most importaly) cos EVOAQ provided a much affordable quote. Dennis came and looked into the broken fan, to see if the entire replacement was required. This was a new experience as a customer, HRV is more into selling stuff while I find EVOAQ first tries to find an alternative/cheaper way so its customer can understand there is no way but to replace. Good communications with both Lucie (being customer rep) and the on-site person were great, my hubby understood more of how EVOAQ works and what we need to do. I have been using HRV (as a ventilation system and the brand) and am so happy to find EVOAQ - you enjoy more affordable alternate while supporting local SME. Win win for both. Wow! factor customer experience. EVOAQ had issues getting my Heat Transfer system picked up by a courier - not their fault, just continually being let down by couriers not picking up packages from their warehouse. No problem, Dennis, the boss jumps in his car and drives from Auckland to Wanganui to deliver my unit in person (and other customers units along the way)! Nic was great to deal with. Superb communication and very informative with all answers to any of my questions about his system. The end result being a warm dry home for my tenant. She commented recently that she attributes her two children not getting sick last winter to the EVOAQ System keeping the house free of damp and maintaining a consistent temperature through out. Originally wanted 4 ductings but decided to go for three after the first day of use I rang back and asked for the fourth to be installed. While  I couldn't afford the fourth straite away it was still installed and I asked for a month to pay.
